Marie Josee provides technical support by receiving calls from clients to ensure smooth operations within the CA-MIS system, assisting users with inquiries and troubleshooting issues effectively. She has extensive professional experience in IT support, system troubleshooting, and enhancing user experiences by resolving technical challenges efficiently. She is currently pursuing an MSc in Big Data Analytics at the Adventist University of Central Africa and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Rwanda.
